I heard on the radio, before the family went to a restaurant and was asked to complete 17.5% of the parents' days to fulfill this restaurant is open every second Sunday, so that the employer referred to personal and Sunday that wages correctly.Do advantage of this special day and customers in mind?

Never heard of this. In Australia, there is no obligation to tip a waiter at a reasonable wage. Only 17.5% had no funding for staff.
I do not understand? Supplement or the top? The holidays are when servers so much money, so it is rare if it is a big party on 17% tip is decent ...
who is absolutely taking advantage of its customers ... wow, I can not believe that the confusion .... ....
