How long can.............? - how long can sausage sit out
Bacon sit? My friend had the bacon and sausage in the refrigerator for 3 hours. He said that 10, even though the ambient temperature .. is completely melted, it is still possible to cook and eat? Is this true, I am on the melting of meat and the like miracles, I will not eat.

The food should never be for long. In the first hour, the bacteria can begin to grow if the food is cold (like bacon) over 44 degrees F, the apparent room temperature.
Personally, I do not eat meat that was sitting on a counter for all time.
