I intend to rent an apartment with 3 bedrooms agency or other entity to use my name, it is permissible for others again to get involved?
Allow 2 single rent 2 left.
I will pay the entire floor, you only pay for the room ...
Is there a term for it? Is it legal?

Talk about a sublet. You must have a written contract with the owner for him. Most do not let them get control of its legal right to know who lives in your property. It is for a person without the consent of the owners travel illegally.
its sub leaseing say. not be made if an owner if he does not approve it.dont agency.most Gov't, if there is no doubt, not the other 2 guys can fulfill their part of the agreement be ready in any case to pay the full amount Although you can sublet
This is called subletting is illegal in the rule! Any subletting must be approved by the landlord is legally compliant. If not approved and do it anyway, then the tenant can distribute unauthorized Sue year.
